Al Ajlan HQ Building is a unique office building located at the prime destination of King Salman Road in Riyadh, serving as a new business hub in the city. Its design focuses on contextual relevance and enhancing the human experience, emphasizing entryways, corners, communal spaces, amenities, and overall building layout. Capturing the Richness of Riyadh and its unique socio-cultural traditions. The building includes 4 basement parking floors, a ground floor, and 15 floors above, providing ample space for leasable office spaces, meeting rooms, sales offices, and the headquarters of Al Ajlan Group.

The project proposal presents an office tower which embodies a modern interpretation of vernacular Salaman Najdi Arab architecture and culture. Designed to meet the needs of the contemporary worker, the tower draws inspiration from local architectural elements and traditional techniques, such as the use of natural stone, intricate geometric patterns, and central courtyards.

The pixelated facade’s square geometry and internal openings were determined through interior studies, considering views towards King Salman Road and integrating natural light. This design ensures privacy, shields from harsh weather, and promotes sustainability, aligning with King Salman Road’s vision.

Al Ajlan Tower provides communal facilities such as a rooftop lounge, open terraces, and an entire floor dedicated to a gym, fostering a pleasant and conducive work environment for occupants and staff. As a new landmark of King Salman Road, the Al Ajlan HQ Building will serve as a gateway to the city and set the standard for business hubs in Riyadh, attracting businesses and organizations looking for modern and well-equipped office spaces.
