The project investigates how to produce a new urban environment in order to increase the social interaction combined with an active outdoor life, by reducing the plot sizes and providing shared recreation spaces. We hope this will enhance a better social life. The “walled” houses typology is cultural, social and environmentally sensible, acting as an alternative to the suburban-object like house. The proposal is a series of introverted programs with ambiguous walls and soft welcoming courtyard inside.
