X-Architects founders Ahmed Al Ali and Farid Esmaeil participated in a panel discussion titled Architectural Interventions as Public Art – Design-Led Public Installations.

The session explored how architecture can move beyond functional use to become a shared experience, shaping social interaction, collective memory, and civic imagination through thoughtfully designed public spaces.

The discussion took place on 6 November at Urban Commissions and ran for one hour, offering insights into the role of architecture in creating meaningful public environments.
